The best power supply I have ever owned, very good quality, the best packaging I have ever seen on any computer products, I just wish every company would learn to take this much pride in there products.

Product itself is pretty good. What I have problem with is Corsair's Faulty rebate and terrible customer service. When I bought it in July 2011, Corsair was running 2 rebate promotion for this item, and both required original UPC on rebate forms. So I contacted the Corsair customer service and asked about it. The lady told me to put a copy on the second form and send in both - and they will honor them. 2 months later, I get the mail saying the rebate was not qualified because the UPC wasn't original.. I called them again, and they change the words and told me to go talk to Amazon about it..
For the product itself, it's still running...
If you see rebate from Corsair, don't make that your decision factor. It's a lie.

I'm very happy so far with the Corsair hx850 psu. I just love the psu's modular design and flat cables which made life much easier to install than my previous non modular Antec Psu with thick rounded cables. Having received so many good reviews, buying Corsair is a no brainer and also no too many psu companies offer a 7 year warranty.
